Rippleacts Project Launch: A new front garden for Norwich Unity Hub
And we're off! We are delighted to share we have just launched our eighth project and this time it's a little closer to home...
Over the next eight weeks, our group of participants will be volunteering and gaining skills at the wonderful Norwich Unity Hub based at Carrow House in Norwich. Home to over twenty-five non-profit organisations, including ourselves, Norwich Unity Hub is a wonderful collective of changemakers and groups making a real difference in Norwich.
Alongside their project leader, Nick Hollywell-Walker, our fantastic group will be revamping their overgrown front garden, converting it into a community seating space that can be enjoyed by staff, volunteers and visitors. These projects also will benefit our participants as they learn vital skills and gain work experience.
By applying and developing their skills for a good cause, our coaching participants build confidence while making tangible positive "ripple" impact in their local community.
Stay tuned to watch this transformation in effect!
