As a social enterprise that works with people who are long term unemployed, we've engaged with hundreds of neurodiverse people over the years that have skills and talent but unfortunately, find traditional working environments difficult to thrive in.

Over the course of three hours, you and your teams will learn how to support colleagues who are neurodiverse, in fun, practical and interactive sessions. The sessions will build your understanding of different neurodiverse conditions, explores strengths and challenges, and provides actionable ways to support neurodivergent colleagues to thrive at work.
Our training is created by people with lived experience and delivered by people with lived experience, empowering them to educate from their experience.
“The training was a great chance to focus on something we don’t usually get time for. It felt really inclusive, and it was brilliant that it was led by people with lived experience, it made everything more real and relatable. The Rippleacts team kept it fun and engaging, breaking things down in a way that was easy to take in. It really showed how small changes and a bit more awareness can go a long way in helping everyone feel welcome and able to do their best at work."
