We are excited to be expanding our team with an Employer, Neurodiversity & Inclusive Workplace Lead for WorkWell Norfolk!
WorkWell is a new Norfolk-wide programme helping people with health issues to stay in or return to work. It is commissioned by NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board and delivered by a consortium of local partners led by Future Projects, with Rippleacts as a delivery partner responsible for Employer Liaison & Neurodiversity.
This is a full-time role, based in Norwich with travel across Norfolk. The post-holder will build relationships with local employers, train managers on health, neurodiversity and reasonable adjustments, and work with Work & Health Coaches to put practical workplace adjustments in place. The ideal candidate is confident with employers, knowledgeable about neurodiversity and reasonable adjustments, and passionate about inclusive workplaces. Lived experience is welcome and valued.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: £35,000 per annum
