Based on the foundations of our popular Cognitive Behavioural Coaching Programme, this session will provide you the guidance and support you need to build confidence, identify your abilities and apply them to your everyday life.
This session will be led by:
Dr. Verena Niyadurupola, a certified life coach and founder of Rippleacts CIC, a social enterprise supporting unemployed people to re-build self-confidence and wellbeing and tackle fears through cognitive-behavioural group coaching. See more here: www.rippleacts.org.
