In celebration of our new coaching course, our founder
Verena Niyadurupola has taken some time to reflect on our coaching programme and why, for the first time, we decided to make it available to everyone.

As many of you know, group coaching is our thing; and it has been for a little while now. We love bringing people together, often with an avid mix of feelings about joining a group of strangers to talk about their lives, feelings and thoughts for several weeks. We love observing how with the right guidance slowly space and permission to “be” unfold, tensions relax, connections arise. How from that place of permission, forgotten or silenced visions bubble their way back up to the surface, are revisited with a more open mind, and celebrated by the former strangers-turned-supportive-peers. How challenging our own thinking and behaviour patterns becomes less threatening when it happens on the grounds of self-acceptance and compassion. And all the small and big magic that can unfold from there…
Group coaching is our thing, and we know we’re good at it. Feeling stuck and a little lost or unsatisfied in life is something most of us have experienced at some point, no matter the job status. This is why it seemed a natural next step for our organisation to open access to our courses to a wider audience.

“A Centred Life” is our first virtual group coaching course accessible to anyone who wants to improve their self-confidence and clarity and feel more balanced and aligned with their purpose. Over eight weekly evening sessions, we will help participants to re-connect with their values and visions, know and own their strengths, and apply cognitive-behavioural coaching techniques to prevent negative thinking spirals and emotional overwhelm.
All this takes place in a supportive group of others on a similar journey, facilitated by an accredited and experienced life coach who will hold the space with humour, depth and compassion. The course includes a range of tools and resources to take away and apply at home.
What our participants say:
“My resilience, reliability to self and confidence have all increased. I have started forming healthy habits.”
“I’m able to try to think logically more often, and comfort the emotional part of me when it is distressed.”
“It has boosted my confidence from day one, I have come out of my shell and made new acquaintances. Good fun, gutted it’s over.”
When: From Wednesday 11th March until 29th April, 7 - 9pm (8 weeks)
Where: Online (Zoom & our interactive course platform, including exchange forum & handouts)
Early Bird launch offer (expires 26th February): £285 for all eight sessions and toolkit.
