I’m here to share why our upcoming 8-week group coaching programme could be just what you need to spark some inspiration and clarity in your life. As a facilitator, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful group coaching can be, and I can’t wait for you to experience it too!


In our first week, we’ll kick things off with a warm welcome and dive into your personal values. We’ll also tackle some big topics, limiting beliefs and negative self-talk as well as topics like perception and the fear of failure. The one thing I hear consistently from those who have attended any of my group coaching programmes is they realise they are not alone and that others share many of the same struggles as well as hopes and dreams.
