New Coaching Course & Employers Brunch in collaboration with Brighter Futures

To accompany the transition into the new year, we are happy to offer a special group coaching course, starting on 4th December 2024.

The course is organised in collaboration with the Brighter Futures project, implemented by Future Projects and Voluntary Norfolk and funded by Norwich City Council.

This group is for people who have been out of work for a long time, feel a lack of clarity on their career goals and have fears, lack of confidence and negative self-beliefs. We help our participants to rediscover their strengths, find a career vision, gain control over their inner dialogue, and take first positive steps towards achieving their goals. Our sessions are designed in a light, friendly and interactive way and include contents such as:

- Creative vision development

- Basic concepts of psychology and neuroscience

- Self-coaching and peer-coaching tools

- Active listening

- Embodiment practice with Qi Gong

- Mindfulness techniques

- Goal-setting and action planning

- Additional individualised 1:1 support

As an extra, we will host a brunch session with employers, giving participants the chance to connect and learn about in an informal setting.

See more information on our coaching courses here and some testimonials from our participants here.
