Our new 'Neurodiversity at Work' training is here!

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new “Neurodiversity at Work” training, co-designed and co-facilitated by our long-term unemployed participants.

Over the years, we have worked with countless intelligent, capable, and talented individuals—people who would be an asset to any workplace if only small adjustments and greater awareness were in place.

In collaboration with the brilliant Tori Graham from Audacity we’ve spent the last few months developing fun, interactive, and practical training for employers. The session builds understanding of different neurodiverse conditions, explores strengths and challenges, and provides actionable ways to support neurodivergent colleagues to thrive at work.

This training is funded by the University of East Anglia Enterprise Fund and was co-created by our participants whose lived experiences of neurodiversity has shaped the material.

We were honoured to launch the training last week at Norwich City Community Sports Foundation’s all-staff conference at The Nest in Norwich.

Our participant co-facilitators did a brilliant job — delivering insightful content, guiding dynamic exercises, and sparking deeply personal conversations. We were inspired by the engagement of this great audience and their ideas for inclusive workplace practices.

A huge thank-you to Shaun Howes and Ian Thornton OBE for having us, we’re looking forward to continuing the conversation!
