In this session, you’ll be revisiting the values you’ve identified, find out examples of character strengths and explore your own strengths.

SESSION 03
You and your vision
This session focuses on how you can use your strengths and values to help build your vision for the future. You’ll be taking part in a collage activity to help to visualise your future.

This session focuses on the influence of the power of perception in our lives, how our thoughts and beliefs impact our feelings, actions, and even our health.
